I use this report for my invoicing, and it just doesn't tell me what I want to know.
List of time recorded per task - So for each client it should list the tasks performed and the amount of time recorded. By staff member would be superb.
Improve the filters for dates - I bill from 28 to 27th every month - you show me Month 1 Month 2 without dates so I have no idea whether the month 1 is the whole month or only from the 28th. Some of the entries look like the entire month- but there's no way for me to check or confirm.
I have to drill too far to find what I'm looking for. The data I want is in Xbert, but currently it's not part of the report. I used to use Hubstaff which gives this data automatically. I don't feel confident enough for my invoicing.
The data presentation in the Hubstaff report is:
Name of report: Ask Valerie time and activities report 2024.01.29 to 2024.02.28
Data columns: Organisation, time zone, project, date, staff, time, manual hours, notes.
Gives me the client (project) the staff member, the date of the work, the length of time recorded, and notes allows us to add comments like "phone call" or "new employee onboarding" etc.
The details provided in the Actual Time report currently really are not helpful, and it takes far too long to get it looking anything like what I need.

Valerie O'Neill As a workaround, I use the Work Actual Time Board and filter by month and download the CSV. Then add a pivot if a roll up is required. Hope this helps.
