We are unable to disconnect a client from XBERTs without deleting the client which then means we lose tasks as well. The recommended workflow is to use the health check etc to win a client but if the client decides to go with an option that doesn't include the XBERTs it then becomes necessary to remove them from XBerts. We used to just be able to disconnect them but we can only delete now. Also, we have been using the health check for catch up proposals and then because there is a lot being loaded in order to catch up the projected monthly charge is massive making it impractical. So what I'd like to do is connect, do the health check and then disconnect until the client is brought up to date, then perhaps reconnect, depending on the engagement.

I agree this option is concerning as all attachments, images. emailed in tasks would also be deleted. We as a practice are now considering other options along with ceasing to email instructions into Xbert. Emailing into Xbert was a great option but if our client directions/emails are also deleted this causes concern. Vote to enable clients to be disconnected from AI without losing critical information and still available for workflow.

I'd just like to add, that if this is not changed, I will probably not continue to use the health check in Xbert as it is just too difficult to then remove the client in it's current state.
