We have the ability to bulk update in other areas of the app - being able to do with client groups is also valuable.

Use case: new initiative from ATO comes in, and we need to "tag" a group of clients that are impacted - may need to be added to templates that step team through workflow process. Process for tagging would be streamlined with bulk update functionality
