Thanks for raising this - the Work Board release introduced in October addresses this need.

The Work Board provides a visual, capacity-aware view of work, making it much easier to plan, size, and schedule tasks across a week without relying solely on list views. This supports better workload balancing and helps avoid over-committing, while keeping scheduling aligned to actual capacity.
