Hey all, just making sure everyone knows that the first step of capacity management has been taken. You can now add time across the templates and schedules! Using the new Team Board helps understand where time is planned or completed. We also have a new tasks and process BI report to be released this week! Plenty more to come, including time tracking of actual versus estimated.

Hi Everyone. User Activity tied with Capacity is a big feature for us this year. It is a big piece of work, and we have been conducting user sessions to absolutely nail this concept. As always with XBert it has to be game-changing - so hard to finalise a timeframe just yet. We have drafted some designs with conceptual functionality already and would love your input. So please reach out to me if you want to see where the direction is headed so far. Email me - troy.brown@xbert.io . The more input from you - the greater value you will get.

We are going to do this in stages. The first stage is add the estimated time on the template/task. This will be used on the team view to provide a way to understand if staff have more work then what is possible. We will also provide warnings when allocating to staff when they are already "full" based on current allocations. If in the Xero payroll we will also be indicating on the team board when staff are away. This will also include adjusting the time allocation on the task - i.e when moving to review reduce the the time etc.

Aaron Wittman: We already manage time budgets through XPM jobs, but I could see the value for one-off analysis or re-assigning clients to other team members
