The ability to change a start date on a job created from a template would be really helpful.
For example, our STP Finalisation job template has a start date of 1 July each year, but in reality final payruns for the year are processed prior to this date. Having the option to change the start date to the day after the last payrun has been done for each client would make managing workflow easier.

This is now available as part of our December 2025 release.
You can now change the start date and due date on tasks created from templates (and on any XBert task) by going to:
Timeline → Edit start & due date.
This should make it much easier to adjust jobs like STP Finalisation to reflect the actual timing for each client.
