Email Pipelines & Communication Tracking in Xbert

This request follows on from Gmail / Microsoft email integration. I’d love to see email pipeline functionality added to Xbert to help manage client communication alongside compliance tasks. I currently use Streak to track email stages like “Receipt to Action,” “Follow-Up,” and “Waiting on Info,” but it would be ideal to manage all of this directly in Xbert.
If emails could be tagged, converted into tasks, or tracked in custom pipelines (with Gmail/Outlook sync), it would streamline workflows and reduce the need for external tools.
Thanks for your ongoing improvements — this would be a game-changer for email and task management!
