When emailing into a task, is there a way that certain attachments can be excluded, eg. Outlook signature images. I am finding that on a task with multiple emails that have been sent into Xbert, that there are a lot of these attachments on the task that are irrelevant. It takes time to remove them to leave the important documents to be the only ones attached.
